The terms that apply when you use this website and the property information published on it.
This website is operated by Just Properties Group ("Just Properties Group", "we", "us"), a B2B real estate hub in Mauritius. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
Listings on this site — including descriptions, prices, dimensions, floor areas, photographs and availability — are provided in good faith and for general guidance only. They may change without notice and do not constitute an offer, a binding quotation, or a contract of any kind. All details should be independently verified before you make any decision to proceed with a property.
Where a listing states that a property is "eligible for foreign ownership" or similar, this is general guidance only, based on information available to us at the time of publication. It does not constitute legal or tax advice, and it is not a guarantee of eligibility under any scheme regulating property acquisition by non-citizens in Mauritius. Prospective foreign buyers must take independent legal and tax advice, and confirm eligibility with the relevant Mauritian authorities, before proceeding with any purchase.
Photographs used in listings may be indicative of the type, style or finish of a property and may not depict the exact unit being offered — this applies in particular to off-plan, under-construction, or multi-unit developments.
Just Properties Group operates as a real estate hub in Mauritius, connecting real estate professionals with curated property inventory, subject to the applicable Mauritian regulatory regime.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Just Properties Group accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information published on this website, including property details, pricing, or foreign ownership guidance. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Mauritian law.
These terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Mauritius. Any dispute arising from your use of this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.
